Service — Zenvy POS provides a cloud point of sale system including sales, inventory, VAT invoicing with ZATCA QR codes, purchases, and reports. We continuously improve the service and may add or modify features. 2. Subscriptions — Access is provided through subscription packages. Your subscription starts on the activation date and remains active for the package duration. Prices are in Saudi Riyal and include VAT where applicable. 3. No Refund Policy — All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. This includes early cancellation, partial use of the subscription period, and unused users or features. Please use the free plan to evaluate the service before purchasing. 4. Your data — Your business data (products, invoices, customers) belongs to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, including VAT numbers and invoice details. 5. Compliance — Zenvy POS generates ZATCA-compliant e-invoices; however, registering with ZATCA and issuing invoices according to the regulations remains your responsibility as the taxpayer. 6. Fair use — You may not resell the service, attempt to breach its security, or use it for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. 7. Changes — We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
